At the International Leadership Education and Associate Development (ILEAD) Academy, our goal is to provide quality training and development workshops for today’s managers and employees. As such, we provide and organize workshops about management and leadership topics that are geared toward practitioners in today’s workforce. If you would like to attend a future workshop, then please contact us. The available workshops can be taught at your city, location, department, or organization depending on the number of employees who will be enrolled in the session.
